Start with a bunch of good beef bones and/or oxtail. Cover with purified water, add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, some bay leaves, quartered onions, couple stalks of celery and even some carrots and let it simmer for 6-12 hours. An hour before serving add 1 lb of 80% burger, diced carrots, potatoes, kale and before serving add zucchini, tomatoes and any other squash. Add any other veggies you like. Sea salt, italian seasoning and pepper to taste.
