This dish was inspired by The Food Lovers Kitchen. I tweaked it to fit the ingredients I had in the house. This dish is super light and really easy to make.
4 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1/4 cup coconut aminos (may want more)
1 tbs garlic, minced
1 tbs ginger, minced
1/2 cup onion, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 lb of any kind of meat, thigh meat, ground beef (80% and grass-fed), chicken breast or turkey.
1 cup of broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup of bok choy, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 green onions, cut into 1/2 inch diagonal pieces
2 cups green cabbage, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Heat skillet to medium high heat. Add coconut oil, add ginger, garlic and onions and saute for 1 minute. Add your meat to the pan and stir frequently until cooked almost through, about 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables except cabbage and saute until tender. Remove this from the heat and transfer to another bowl. Add the sesame oil, coconut aminos and cabbage to the skillet and heat on medium heat until cabbage is soft, about 4 minutes. Add cabbage to the other vegetables and mix well. Top with sesame seeds.
