Chocolate Bark

1/2 c. raw organic coconut oil or palm oil, melted
6 heaping Tbs of raw cacao powder
4 Tbs of xylitol or 1-2 packets of stevia, sweeten to taste
option to add pure raw vanilla
pinch of salt

Mix over low heat until melted and blended together.  Fill chocolate into little muffin tins and freeze.  Option to take almond butter and roll into a ball, place in muffin tin first and then top with chocolate or put raw nuts in the bottom of pyrex and cover with chocolate, put in freezer and break apart.
