Pesto Kelp Noodles

Pesto

2 cups loose basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 clove of garlic
2 tbs of olive oil

Puree together until smooth

1 package kelp noodles, rinsed and separated
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 cup of sliced grass-fed beef flank steak. Seared quickly on each side, center is rare to medium rare, seasoned with sea salt on both sides.

Mix the pesto with the noodles and pine nuts top with seared beef.  Option to add some sautéed red peppers and artichoke hearts.
