Spicy Vegetables and Beef

2-3 tbs coconut oil for cooking
5 brussel sprouts, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
1.75 tsp Japanese Seven Spice, split into 1/4 and 1.5 tsp amounts
3 tbs coconut aminos
2 tbs rice vinegar
1/2 lb flank steak, cut into strips

Heat 2 tbs oil with brussel sprouts and carrots and 1/4 tsp spice mix.  IN a nonstick pan heat 1-2 tbs oil.    Turn the beef, add vegetables along with soy, vinegar and rest of spice mix. Option to add kelp noodles
