Chocolate Pudding (non-dairy)

2 ripe organic avocados
1 can organic coconut milk (not light)
4 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract *can be replaced by grated vanilla bean
5 drops of liquid stevia  *can be replaced by 1 tablespoon or powder stevia
Dash of sea salt

Directions:
Scoop out avocado meat and put in food processor
Scoop out solid part of coconut milk... Leave the water portion, best if put in the fridge for several hours before using. Put in food processor.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with berries and cacao nibs ;)
