Zucchini cut into thin strips
Chicken breast cut into chunks with all the fat removed
1 cup of broccoli, cut into chunks
8 garlic cloves, crushed
Red Pepper Flakes
Option to add any other vegetables you like
Saute chicken in a saute pan with some grass-fed butter. Cook for 4-6 minutes until almost cooked through. Add vegetables. Sauté until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Add garlic, zucchini noodles and enough olive oil to cover everything. Season with sea salt and red pepper flakes.
