Sweet Potato Hash

This hash can basically be made with whatever you have in the fridge. Left overs work great.  

1 sweet potato, cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb of pasture-rasied organic bacon, cut into pieces
1 bunch of kale, chopped
1 cup broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup onions
2 tbs grass-fed butter
Sea Salt
Any other spice that goes with your flavor profile

Sauté potatoes in grass-fed butter for 5 plus minutes.  Add bacon.  Sauté for another 5 minutes.  Add kale, broccoli and onions and any other vegetables.  Cook until veggies are tender. Season and serve.
