Farmers Plate

One thing to remember when eating Paleo is that meat is always allowed. Lunch can be tricky for a lot of people, "how do I get fat at lunch?".  This easy farmer plate is great for when you are on the run and awesome for the kids lunch box. 

Protein - Summer sausage, sliced uncured pepperoni, smoked salmon, grass-fed beef hotdogs, hard boiled egg, Boars Head sliced meat

Veggies - Cut up carrots, celery, radishes, cucumbers, peppers......

Healthy Fat - raw, pasture-raised organic hard cheese, avocado, smoothie with coconut milk and coconut oil blended into it, olives, handful of macadamia nuts

Optional - berries, green apple slices
