Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Grain-Free)

2 cups ground almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
dash of fine sea salt
1 can or 15oz of pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

Preheat oven to 325.  Mix all dry ingredients.  Mix all wet ingredients.  Combine them. Put into muffin cups or bread pan. Cook about 45 minutes, until knife comes out of clean when inserted in the center of the bread.
