Turkey Salad

Super easy, gotta have it Paleo lunch. Make lots and share with the fam, great for kids lunch.  

1/2 cup raw, full-fat, organic yogurt
1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup cooked turkey
1/4 cup celery (or other vegetables)
Bell pepper 1/4 cup diced
1 tsp capers
Zest of 1/2 lemon

Mix all together and put on top of greens and sprouts or in a lettuce cup or use veggie sticks to dip into it.
