Wonton "Meatball" Soup

This is a perfect soup to make if you don't use up all your meatballs in the Fried Rice recipe. 


1 lb ground pork
6-8 shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/8 cup green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs ginger, chopped
1 tbs garlic, chopped
2 drops fish sauce
2 tbs coconut aminos
2 tbs grass-fed butter

MIx all ingredients except the butter.  Form into balls and sauté in grass-fed butter until cooked through.  Add to wonton broth. 

Won Ton Broth

2 quarts chicken stock 
2 tbs coconut aminos
3 drops fish sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions

While the meatballs are cooking bring all your broth ingredients to a simmer.  Once meatballs are done add to the broth and serve. 


Wraps on the side...took leftover meatball fillings added some carrots and other veggies and put into a lettuce wrap.  Delish!
