Lunch - Left over spaghetti sauce on top of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, kale..)
Dinner - Tomato basil greens with salt and pepper seasoned buffalo steak or grass-fed beef steak

Thursday

Lunch – Spicy vegetable and beef (use left over beef)
Dinner - Pesto kelp noodles

Friday

Lunch - Left over pesto kelp noodles
Dinner - Meatballs with greens

Saturday

Lunch - Cowboy Hash skillet
Dinner - Left over meatballs with roasted sweet potatoes

Sunday

Lunch - Taco Salad
Dinner – Vegetable and Beef Lasagna

Breakfast was either bulletproof coffee and/or some protein like organic sausage with Brussels sprouts, broccoli and/or kale with a dollop of coconut oil.
