I love to make breakfast hash on the weekends. You really can put anything in a hash. My hubs really likes jalapeños and of course meat of any kind, but especially bacon. I hope this post encourages you to make a delicious hash this weekend!
Here are a few of my favorites
Sweet Potato, Jalapeño, shallot, bacon, with an egg on top (option to add Organic Valley raw cheddar cheese)
Plantain, shallot, ground beef ( I have also used left over burgers) or ground pork, spinach with an egg on top.
I fry these up in some bacon fat and/or grass-fed butter in my cast iron pan. So gooood!
