This beautiful herb crusted squash goes well with almost any dish.
Maple Glazed Kabocha Squash
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove seeds and cut into 1 inches sections. On baking sheet combine squash and coat with coconut oil, red pepper flakes, and season with sea salt and black pepper. Toss to combine, spread evenly on cookie sheet. I laid down foil to make clean up super easy. Cook for about 20 minutes, until tender. Drizzle squash with 2 tbs maple syrup. Return to oven tossing occasionally until squash is glazed about 5 minutes minutes.
